Tables may not play football, but they must withstand serious impact. That’s why our Hexalite, lightweight ABS plastic folding tables are made from the same material as professional football helmets, to resist breakage from rough handling in heavy-duty, high use environments. Yet each table is so lightweight it can be handled by anyone. Our innovative construction utilizes aircraft grade, 1” thick polypropylene honeycomb core material that is chemically bonded to a durable outer shelf of thermoformed ABS plastic.
Edges and corners are reinforced to resist impact damage. A steel support frame is sealed within the top for added strength. Legs are made with heavy gauge, 1 1/4" diameter steel tubing.
Legs are braced with spring-bolt actuated mechanisms without using gravity rings for easy, no-jam folding. No wood or paper materials are used in the construction of this table. Fully assembled.
